All our fascias and soffits are designed to blend gracefully and sympathetically with the existing architecture to help preserve the true character of your house, whilst at the same time adding beauty to your home. Helping to protect and visually improve your home’s exposed areas, like your roofline, guttering and wall panels.

We can offer two methods for installation, overcladding, or alternatively, we can do a full strip down which would include total removing of existing fascia and soffits.

	NON LEAD FORMULATION The Swish formulation does not contain lead and will not discolour. Discolouration of some PVC roofline products has been a major problem for manufacturers, specifiers and installers. The evidence suggests “pinking” is caused by reactions between some formulation ingredients and the lead that is used as a stabiliser in most systems currently available. Most lead formulations are not affected but there is no test to predict whether a lead-based formulation will “pink” or not.
	ENVIRONMENT Swish cellular PVC is a safe, inert material that represents an environmentally responsible use of plastics. In line with the European Commission Green Paper on PVC (July 2000) Swish uses a non-lead stabiliser in its formulations. Swish also operates an environmental management system, based upon ISO14001.
